English Translation Patch

> INTRO    The Stalin Subway: Red Veil is a fun first-person-shooter that was developed by Orion and published in Russia by Buka. A German version was released by FIP in 2007.

It's a sequel to 'The Stalin Subway,' continuing the story where that left off. This time, you will be playing the part of Elena Suvorova, the wife of the hero from the first game.

The German release already has English speech, so this patch finishes the job by translating in-game text and menus, plus the CONFIG.EXE program.

> INSTALLATION

1. You will need a German copy of the game (The patch will probably work with other versions, though I haven't tested it). Download the patch, and unpack it using WinRAR.

2. In WinRAR, click on the 'Extract To' button at the top of the screen.

3. For the destination folder, browse to the location you installed Red Veil in. Then hit 'OK.'

4. When you're asked to confirm whether you want to overwrite any files, select 'Yes to all.'

5. That's it! Everything will now be in English. Hope you enjoy it! :)

6. You can configure graphics and sound options by running the CONFIG.EXE program in the game's main folder. A lot of these settings (but not all) can also be changed in-game.

NOTE: If you want to backup the German files before installation, then make copies of the game's 'TEXTURES\Interface' and 'txt' folders.
